1. Educational Seminar:  For the upliftment and betterment of the educational status of Muslims in Nepal we have been conducting educational seminars where all the Muslim delegates from all over the Nepal participate. We have conducted 4 such seminars. A special magazine has been issued for every seminar held which comprises of  all the speeches and discussions of the seminar.
2. Teacher Training Program: Different types of teachers training program have been conducted many times aiming to all types of teachers. In total, around 500 teachers from the nook and corner of the country were participants in these programs. These programs helped the teachers to develop their teaching skills immensely.
3. Skill Development Program: We have conducted programs like Computer training, Sewing training, House wiring and Plumbing Training, Arabic Language Classes for the employment and upliftment of economically backward group.
4. Moral ethics development program: Al-Hira gives high priority to the moral development of the students. For the fulfillment of this aim, all the schools conduct different type of speech programs, lectures and sermon aiming to develop high morality in the student under the guidance and supervision of Al-Hira Nepal. The outcome of these program was helped them to correct their misunderstanding and provided them true guidance.   
5. Publication of magazines: Al-Hira aims to eradicate the misconception about Islam prevalent in the society. And provide the knowledge of Islam in true sense. For this purpose, it publishes two magazines namely Madhur Sandesh Monthly in Nepali language and Paigham quarterly in Urdu language. 

1.  OSD Program: Since 2014, every year, we carry out orphan solidarity program for around 200 orphans. We provide educational materials, clothes and bicycles to the orphans and goats for widow’s family. We organize one day educational tour for orphans.
2. Scholarship for poor students: We have helped at least 9000 students in different Madrasas and schools throughout the country. We provide monetary fund and educational materials. We also guide them in their educational and career development through our local authorities.
3.  Quran Hifz Competition:  A national level Quran Hifz Competition is carried out every year by Al-Hira consisting of around 20 selected candidates from the different parts of the country.
4. Construction Work: Several buildings for schools and Madrasas have been constructed with the help of organizations like iHH, IsDB, NDS, etc. Some of them are:
